East Austin Units (Conceptual)
Nnew residential development in East Austin. Structural Frame is almost entirely from ISBU or shipping containers. A rainscreen cladding of stucco and wood-look cementitious panels will envelope the containers. The calming, neutral palette of materials was inspired by mediterranean architecture and interiors. The units are built around a central shared court yard to create community and allow access to the site during all weather.
